Unbridle Your Power
Discovering the brave from within
Unbridle Your Power is a 4-week empowerment program for girls ages 8–14 designed to build confidence, self-trust, and inner strength through meaningful, hands-on experiences with horses. In a supportive and encouraging environment, participants are guided to explore their voice, develop emotional awareness, and step into their courage—both with the horses and in their everyday lives.
No horse experience is required. All activities take place on the ground, with a focus on connection, communication, and presence rather than riding. Through guided exercises, games, and reflective activities, girls learn how to build trust, set boundaries, and navigate challenges with confidence and resilience.
Each session is thoughtfully designed to nurture leadership skills, self-expression, and a strong sense of self. Working alongside horses—who naturally respond to authenticity and energy—participants receive immediate, honest feedback that helps deepen self-awareness and confidence in a unique and powerful way.
